Online training is becoming more and more interesting for employers. Why?

Education of the future is online. And employers are more and more interested in it.

Compared to a few years ago, when online academic training was viewed with diffidence, companies are increasingly looking at eLearning training.

Why? Here are the four main reasons:

1. Students show their ability to manage time

The ability to successfully follow an online university course shows one's work ethic and determination, the ability to self-manage with diligence, plan one's activity by pursuing realistic goals, constantly self-motivating.

2. Students show to be "self-taught"

Because of the non-traditional form of online classes, students must learn to conduct their own research and become relatively self-taught in order to succeed.
In fact, with online courses it is not always possible to rely on the guidance and help of a professor: it becomes necessary to know how to make online research quickly and accurately to succeed.
In the digital age, quick and efficient search skills are of the highest value in most professions (analysts, consultants ...).

3. Students show their technological skills

To be successful in online courses, you must clearly have a very good relationship with technology and computers; most careers nowadays require employees who feel comfortable with technology.

4. Students show that they are able to work without supervision

The ability to work without the need for supervision is undoubtedly one of the most desirable skills in the professional environment.
Online students do not have the physical support of a professor and are "alone" in their role as students. So their result (success or failure) essentially depends on them, on their sense of discipline and independence.
