One of the biggest changes in the thinking of the training department is that corporate training can be considered an ecosystem: not a collection of courses (online and in the classroom) and webinars, but a complex and integrated system of formal and informal learning. Learning is not a set of isolated events, but a path. Every time we collect information from the outside world - through the media, the acquaintances, the content provided by the organization (over which it has control and not) - we are taking a step of the path.
But in the training department there are challenges and criticalities that prevent the ecosystem from evolving: you find them highlighted in this chart with the emerging solutions that are shaping the trends of didactic design in 2019.
