The ecological transition stimulates demand for professionals with green skills. Sustainability specialists, energy managers, and environmental consultants are essential for companies aiming to reduce environmental impact and comply with current regulations. The Excelsior report predicts that approximately 2.4 million workers will need to possess green skills by 2028.
